Graphic design

Brooklyn Bedding is a vertically integrated sleep brand designing and manufacturing mattresses in-house. As an in-house graphic designer, I supported the brand across e-commerce, marketing, photography, and print—working within a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

The work required balancing speed and consistency: delivering clear, conversion-focused design while maintaining a cohesive visual system across products, campaigns, and channels.

01 Website design and marketing

The website functioned as the primary sales and education platform. I designed and supported homepage features, promotional landing sections, category layouts, and campaign modules—ensuring clarity across complex product offerings.

Visual hierarchy, iconography, and layout were used to guide customers through product differences, promotions, and decision-making moments—helping translate technical information into approachable, scannable content.

02 Photography and printed marketing

Photography and lifestyle imagery played a key role in expressing comfort, support, and real-world use. I worked with existing photography to ensure consistent framing, color treatment, and integration across web and marketing materials.

Printed marketing and apparel extended the brand beyond digital touchpoints—reinforcing identity through physical experiences while maintaining alignment with the broader visual system.

03 Graphic design

A modular graphic system supported the brand’s need for scale. Icons, patterns, and repeatable visual elements were designed to communicate product attributes, sleep styles, and benefits quickly and consistently.

These systems allowed marketing and product content to update rapidly without losing structure—supporting both daily promotions and long-term brand recognition.

04 Reflection

This role reinforced the importance of systems-driven design in high-growth environments. Designing in-house meant thinking beyond individual assets—building frameworks that could adapt, scale, and perform under constant iteration.

The work reflects my approach to design as infrastructure: practical, intentional, and grounded in real customer behavior—supporting both brand trust and business goals over time.
